At Scoute Fine Jewellery, we cannot provide a refund for change of mind, a piece that does not fit correctly or that you feel you no longer have use for. In the event you have purchased for a gift a refund cannot be provided if the recipient does not want or like the piece or it does not fit.

The only instance we would provide a refund or credit is if the piece is in any way incorrectly described/displayed as the item portrayed in real life. In this instance, we need to be contacted within 48hours of confirmed delivery.
