At Scoute Pre-Loved Fine Jewellery, we cannot provide a refund for change of mind, a piece that does not fit correctly or that you feel you no longer have use for. In the event you have purchased for a gift, a refund cannot be provided if the recipient does not want/like the piece or it does not fit.

The only instance a refund or store credit will be provided is if the piece was in any way incorrectly described or does not match details as originally advertised. In this instance, contact must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please email hello@scoutefinejewellery.com with evidence to show the item is not as it is described or displayed including original product item outline from Scoute Pre-Loved Fine Jewellery. If the item is indeed found to not be as described at the time of sale it is the purchaser's responsibility to return the item, proof of purchase and valuation certificate to Scoute Pre-Loved Fine Jewellery Suite 2106, 3 Skewes Street Humpty Doo, NT, 0836 with signed tracking, details of which is to be supplied to Scoute Pre-Loved Fine Jewellery upon details being received.
